Dilli Dilli isn't just a restaurant — it's the room Millburn didn't know it was missing. We built this space to be a third place: not home, not work, but somewhere in between where neighbors linger, families gather, and strangers become regulars. The food is the kind that's been missing for a while — authentic Delhi cooking, made the real way, the way it's meant to be. No shortcuts, no reinventing what already works. Just the dishes that make people close their eyes for a second and remember — a grandmother's kitchen, a street corner in Old Delhi, a taste they didn't realize they'd been missing until it was in front of them again.
